Planning and Quality Department

Functions of the Quality and Planning Department

 

1- Prepare the Authority's general strategic plan, in coordination with the competent authorities and the relevant administrative units, and undertake the procedures for the adoption of the plan.

2- Submit projects and programs executive plans to the various administrative units for approval by the President.

3- Follow up on the implementation of the Authority's strategic plan and executive plans, evaluate its findings, and submit periodic reports in that regard.

4- Study the problems and obstacles encountered in the implementation of the strategic plan and executive plans, and propose the appropriate solutions.

5- Ensure the conformity of the systems and methods of work with the Authority's duties and objectives, and submit the necessary proposals in this connection.

6- Develop programs to evaluate institutional performance in order to ensure the quality of services provided by administrative units.

7- Review and evaluate the performance of administrative units, and develop proposals to raise their overall efficiency.

8- Study the work problems and constrains in the Authority, examine their causes, and propose appropriate solutions.

9- Propose plans to develop work systems and methods and simplify procedures in coordination with the competent authorities and the relevant administrative units.
